There are 3 luxurious bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor have double doors opening onto a shared balcony with charming views across orange tiled roofs towards Vilamoura Marina. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a large sitting room with double sliding doors opening directly onto the pool patio area. Next to the sitting room is the dinning room with large oak dinning table comfortably seating six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need for a pleasant self catering holiday. In the utility room outside you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Gardens and Pool The garden to the rear of the villa is pretty and well stocked. There is a small lawn area with shrubs, flowers and a lemon tree and an abundance or bougainvillea vines. A huge palm, creating natural shade, dominates the front of the Villa. The pool at 10 metres by 5 metres is large for a villa of this size. It is south facing so gets the sun all day long. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs. Information The villa is equipped with an information book which contains details of local bars and restaurants, useful telephone numbers and leaflets on local attractions such as Zoomarine and Aquashow. There are descriptions of the local gypsy markets with directions and times.
